Try wearing wearable weights like “Body Togs” scientifically based weighted sleeves worn on your arms & legs under your clothes that increases calorie burn, muscle tone & bone density. Weighted vests work great too!

Linda – I think they’ve reviewd a walk vest before, I’d have to look for the link though.

I’ve never heard of body togs, interesting.

I don’t believe in diet pills doing the work for you, though I have used natural based ones to hlp get me started, usually only two weeks worth because once i see a loss and improvement, I’m hooked on exercising and my change of life habits.
