I love granola.I don’t always like it the way the store has it. Granola is a great, crunchy snack that is full of fiber.  We mentioned a while back that high fiber doesn’t mean cardboard, and we meant it! We also pointed out that some simple steps to overeating included having high fiber snacks.

Apricot Smoothie

Diet Types: Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Low Fat, Low Sodium, Sugar Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Wheat Free

Ingredients:
1 cup apricot juice
1 to 1 1/2 c ripe, pitted apricots (frozen)
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
